(The Athletic)--The Big3 is launching a new format for the 2025 season, starting June 14, with eight teams in specific cities. Since its inception in 2019, the league has been touring with 12 teams. The new host cities are Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, the DMV area, Houston, Los Angeles, and Miami. “For our real road to success, it became clear to grow this league past the amount of teams we had,” Cube said. “We know if we wanted to bring the league to 16 teams, 20 teams, 24 teams, we had to plant a flag in cities.” Continue reading at The Athletic
