    $1.6 million to the GameAbove College of Engineering and Technology to support cybersecurity initiatives, including a new certificate program. Learn more

  • GameAbove Next-Gen Scholarship

    GameAbove Next-Gen Scholarship

    $75,000 in scholarships to EMU students on the brink of graduating but unable to complete their degree due to financial limitations.

  • George Gervin GameAbove Center

    George Gervin GameAbove Center

    $2.7 million to EMU Athletics to improve the facility's technology infrastructure and enhance the student-athlete and visitor experience, including upgrades to athletic training facilities, team meeting rooms, visitor suites, and the EMU Hall of Fame.

  • GameAbove College of Engineering & Technology

    GameAbove College of Engineering & Technology

    $5 million to the Eastern Michigan University Engineering and Technology College to support state-of-the-art supplies, equipment, program upgrades, and more.

  • Alumni Pay-It-Forward

    Alumni Pay-It-Forward

    $2 million to EMU April 2020 graduates and incoming 2020 fall semester first-year students. $600 per graduate to provide financial support as they enter the workforce, start graduate school, start a business, or support their family. $400 to incoming first-year students to help them get started in a year filled with uncertainty and anxiety over COVID-19.

  • Students Matter Most

    Students Matter Most

    $1.5 million to provide financial resources for clubs, intramural sports, student senate allocation needs, student homelessness, housing insecurity, and other designated needs.

  • Faculty First

    Faculty First

    $2 million to provide financial support for research, presentations, professional development, travel, conferences, or other unique projects to support, encourage, retain and attract exceptional EMU faculty.

  • GameAbove Golf Performance Center

    $8 million to build a new golf facility. The GameAbove Golf Performance Center will enable EMU golf teams to compete at the highest level, enhance recruiting, and eliminate facility disparities.

  • STEM for the Future

    $500,000 to expand STEM initiatives for under-resourced students and support after-school programs that provide essential skills and knowledge in technology-related fields.

  • Student-Athlete Performance Center

    $1 million to EMU's Student-Athlete Performance Center training facility, including the Brian Clouse Players’ Lounge, a space that allows football student-athletes to study and bond with teammates.

  • EMU Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Project

    $5,000 toward efforts to help EMU students, faculty, and staff purchase tools and supplies to make masks, gowns, and other PPE for nurses, doctors, and staff at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and Henry Ford Hospital.
